Fellowship directory

Physicians applying for a fellowship program in regional anesthesiology/acute pain medicine must be currently enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited anesthesiology residency program. Each individual program may have additional requirements such as medical licensing. The information published here has been supplied by the individual institutions. Comprehensive curriculum incorporating advanced regional anesthesia techniques- inlcuding continuous perineural infusion under ultrasound-guidance, thoracic epidurals, spinal morphine, multimodal acute pain management strategies, opportunities for cryoanalgesia, global health, and clinical/translational research.


Fellowship training includes one day/week providing solo anesthesia or supervising residents/CRNAs in the operating room. There is no in-house regional anesthesia call.

There is also readily available additional in-house attending OR and OB call to augment salary.

$104,000 base salary (2025-2026) not including OR attending days; depending on how much attending OR/OB call is taken, yearly salaries range up to $150,000
