Resident and Fellow Committee Alumni Network

Mar 6, 2025, 20:19 by Resident and Fellow Committee

The ASRA Pain Medicine Resident and Fellow Committee (RFC) held a webinar on March 5, 2025, to introduce the newly formed RFC Alumni Network. The goal of the network is to provide career connections between current and former RFC members to support their professional development.

The webinar was co-moderated by Eric Jones, MD, and Chelsea (Skinner) Teare, MD, co-chairs of the RFC Membership Subcommittee and RFC Career Development & Networking Subcommittee, respectively. Drs. Jones and Teare interviewed four past RFC alumni members who highlighted the benefits of joining ASRA Pain Medicine as a medical student, resident, or fellow member, as well as being a member of the RFC. The RFC alumni webinar participants included Siyun “Sisi” Xie, MD, Benjamin Gill, DO, MBA, Soun Sheen, MD, and Adlai Pappy, MD, MBA.

If you are a former RFC member, you are invited to join the RFC Alumni Network. To do so, complete this Alumni Network form. The form collects information about your location and type of practice, case oversight, and blocks performed (if applicable). The information will be searchable and can be used by alumni members to connect about job, research, and other opportunities.

You must have an active ASRA Pain Medicine membership to participate in the alumni network. If your membership has lapsed, you can still join the network after rejoining the Society. You can go here to renew your membership.
