Visa Letters
If you wish to obtain a visa invitation letter to attend this event, send your request to [email protected] with your full name as printed in your passport, title/degree (MD, DO, other), and mailing address. An official invitation letter will be sent to you via return email.
Cancellations and refunds
Registration fees for an in-person or virtual/live stream event and any associated annual meeting workshops are refundable, minus a $100 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event commencement. If attending an event with in-person and virtual registration options, registration may be transferred from in-person to virtual if requested in writing no later than one (1) week prior to the event commencement; however, no refund will be provided for any difference in the main meeting registration fees. After this date, under no circumstances will refunds, transfers, or credits be granted for in-person events or associated annual meeting workshops or special events.
This is a paperless meeting. All materials are provided via the website and meeting app. Educational materials are provided online for registered attendees only up to one year.
