Yoga Class - Zoga Style!
Saturday • 6:30-7:30 am • Pompeian III • complimentary/no ticket or preregistration required
Zoe Albright is a 30+ year fitness professional and a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition consultant, certified pilates instructor, and registered yoga teacher. She is an experienced adventure racer, trail and road runner, and road and mountain biker. In her years as a competitive athlete and training athletes of all levels, she found that the most common missing component to a well-rounded training approach was recovery. Yoga is the perfect complement to any training program. Her “Zoga” style of yoga combines breathwork, flow practice, and yin (holding gentle poses for several minutes). This style of yoga is the perfect complement to start or end your day. It is largely ground based and focuses on releasing tissue that has been contracted. There is also a focus on improving the mind/body connection, breathing, and posture. Come energized or tired from a late night of work or play. Bottled water and towels will be provided.
