The American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA Pain Medicine) joined its Sister Societies, ESRA, AFSRA, AOSRA-PM, and LASRA, for the World Day of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, taking place on Saturday, January 31, 2026. The event was the culmination of World Week of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, January 24-31.This international scientific initiative brought together the global anesthesia and pain medicine community under the shared mission of “Joining Hands for a Pain-Free Future Worldwide.”

Regional Anaesthesia & POint of Care Ultrasound on 3rd World Regional Anaesthesia Day

The Regional Anaesthesia & POint of Care Ultrasound Course held in Vijayawada, India, on February 1, was also a huge success. Dr. Sridevi Valluri shared some photos, reporting that 120 participants and 30 faculty supported the day-long program of lectures and hands-on workstations.
