Fellowship directory
Physicians applying for a fellowship program in regional anesthesiology/acute pain medicine must be currently enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited anesthesiology residency program. Each individual program may have additional requirements such as medical licensing. The information published here has been supplied by the individual institutions. Please check back frequently for updates. Programs with an asterisk behind the title indicate they are part of the SF Match Program.
A defining feature of the fellowship is the opportunity to participate in NYSORA’s global educational mission—including hands-on involvement in international workshops, teaching at NYSORA boot camps, and collaboration with visiting clinicians from around the world. Fellows also receive individualized mentorship focused on clinical leadership, scholarly development, and career progression. Beyond clinical training, fellows may contribute to the creation of NYSORA’s leading textbooks, digital learning platforms, and mobile applications, gaining first-hand experience in medical education at a global scale. The program is supported by an exceptionally strong alumni network, spanning multiple generations of fellows who now lead regional anesthesia practices worldwide and actively carry forward NYSORA standards into new institutions and environments.
