This is an in-person only event. Registration includes access to main meeting sessions, including refresher courses, plenary sessions, Ask the Expert interactive sessions, Practice Management Portfolio, and Medical Education Masterclass, as well as the PA/Nurse Practitioner/Nursing Program, ePosters and moderated sessions, exhibit hall, and breakfasts and breaks each day. PBLDs, workshops, Special Interactive Sessions, Morning Fun Run/Walk, and the Saturday Night Celebration require additional fees.

Visa and Employer Letters
If you wish to obtain a visa invitation letter to attend this event, send your request to [email protected] with your full name as printed in your passport, title/degree (MD, DO, other), and mailing address. An official invitation letter will be sent to you via return email.
Cancellations and refunds
Registration fees are refundable, minus a $100 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event commencement. After this date, under no circumstances will refunds, transfers, or credits be granted.
This is a paperless meeting. All materials are provided via the website and meeting app. Educational materials are provided online for registered attendees only up to one year.
